Overview

Due to expansion, our client based in the Dublin area is currently looking to recruit Inside Sales /Account Managers for an immediate start.

Main duties include:

  • Take inbound Sales / Account Management calls
  • Build a strong pipeline, Upsell/cross sell
  • Identify new sales opportunities for existing and potential customers
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Present strategies, goals and sales plans to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis
  • Keep up to date with company products, competitors and overall market trends

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Business Development; Inside B2B Sales: 2+ years
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects
  • Ability to work through a problem and maintain focus with little or no supervision
  • Positive attitude with an ability to absorb and learn quickly
  • CRM and other sales applications as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office suite / Outlook, SalesForce a plus
  • Service oriented with exemplary follow through, tenacious and friendly, driven
  • Previous experience within telecommunications is a distinct advantage – but not essential
  • Knowledge of Broadband and the competitive market is desirable
