Our client is urgently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator for an immediate start to join their busy accounts department.


Duties include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of accounts and financial statements
  • Setting up and Preparation of files and templates
  • Arranging management meetings & keeping minutes
  • Responsible for the control of all key holding and supplier database
  • Ensuring all files are archived regularly and called upon during audit reviews
  • Accurate time recording and perform other duties to support the business unit as and when required
  • Daily banking, lodgements and updating the accounts system


The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum 2 years’ accounts administrative experience
  • Excellent MS Excel experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated and driven to work independently
  • Self-motivated, results orientated
