Our client based in the Sandyford area is looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant for an immediate start.


Reporting directly to their Directors you will be responsible for the accounts function for three of their businesses.

Main duties include:

  • Cash / credit card reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Creditors reconciliations and supplier payments
  • Weekly payroll for 50 staff – new starters – leavers – permit checks
  • All Revenue requirements
  • Month end Management Accounts together with required analysis
  • Year end hand over of accounts to auditors
  • Any other ad hoc finance functions as required


The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3yrs experience as an Assistant Accountant
  • Sage Line 50 / Sage 200 desirable
  • Advanced MS Excel experience essential for reporting requirements
  • Thesaurus for Payroll
