Overview

Our client based in the South Dublin area is currently looking to recruit Call Centre Executives for an immediate start to join their busy call centre department.

 

Duties include:

·         Dealing with all queries and complaints providing feedback to customers regarding their issues, ensuring that their concerns are resolved in a timely manner

·         To achieve all KPIs associated with call handling times and quality of responses

·         General administrative duties as required to offer customers the best experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

·         1-2 years of proven Customer Service experience with a record of consistently exceeding customer needs in a fast paced, target driven environment

·         Demonstrable experience of working in a call centre or contact centre environment is desirable

·         Excellent communication and MS office skills essential

 

*Ability to work at any point as required between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday*

Flexibility in working hours/days depending on business needs
