A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Front of House Receptionist/Events Administrator with my client based in the Dublin 2 area.

Main duties include:

  • Front of House Reception/Events Administration duties
  • Hosting Clients and Customers and providing 5* Service.
  • Greeting all customers in the Executive Lounge and welcoming them in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensuring the Executive Lounge is clean and tidy at all times and complying with our client’s standards
  • Assist the Events team in the execution of events.
  • Logging tickets to various teams when an issue is encountered.
  • Communicating with various team to ensure clients’ needs are met
  • Keeping up to date on daily activities and be able to escort customers to the correct location.
  • To deliver agreed levels of Customer Service
  • Ensuring that all visitors are received in a pleasant and courteous manner and that all queries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Ensure that visitors are updated regularly if there is a delay with their appointment.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3yrs + Front of House Reception experience
  • 2-3yrs Events Administrator experience
  • Hard working, pro-active person who can demonstrate initiative and good judgment.
  • Flexible in your approach to work and demonstrate a keen willingness to assist colleagues.
