Overview

Due to continued growth, our client based in the South Dublin area is looking to recruit a Fire & Security Project Administrator for an immediate start.

The role in a nutshell: You will assist & support the Fire & Security Systems project teams in all aspects of Project delivery – including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Assist & provide administrative back up to the Engineering Team & Contractors
  • Assist with pre site visits and scheduling engineers.
  • Assist with time sheets for payroll, monthly expenses & overtime.
  • Collate & produce regular & ad-hoc Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports to Management in a timely manner.
  • Process Pre commission forms and assign to engineers PDA’s
  • Engagement with clients and contractors regarding project programmes & timelines
  • Liaise with stores/vendors regarding stock availability, delivery, and procurement.
  • Populate and update Projects team drives.
  • Assist with daily project team’s admin duties / Updating new job lists on internal systems
  • Ensure project completion paperwork is collated & handed over to service division.
  • Assist with Financial aspects of project divisions.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in a similar role within the Electrical industry, a distinct advantage
  • Computer literate – Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Problem solving ability & display competence in numeracy.
