Due to continued success, our client based in the Dublin area is looking to recruit a Project Engineer for an immediate start.

The job in a nutshell:

Reporting to the Systems Service Manager, you will assist with Client Installation, maintenance, and reactive works daily across Ireland, and oversee all aspects of works from health and safety to technical detail.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Ensure Installations are carried out in accordance with Industry Standards & Regulations
  • Monitor all installations for quality and compliance
  • Work to tight deadlines ensuring handover is delivered on time and on budget
  • Manage sub-contractors on site on jobs that you are responsible for
  • Prepare site reports for customer and provide contract KPIs and provide solutions to site specific technical difficulties
  • Attend customer review meetings / site meetings regularly
  • Liaise with the account manager on all works prior to, during and after each installation
  • Prepare site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Carry out physical install / maintenance / reactive / commissioning as and when required
  • Provide updates on projects to management as and when required

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • 5 years security systems experience
  • Experience of Intruder, Intercom, Access Control and CCTV installation/maintenance
  • Experience of American Dynamics hardware and software both IP and analogue
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and networks
  • Results focused and Customer focused
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Full clean driving license
