Our client based in the Sandyford area is urgently looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator for an immediate start. This role is covering a maternity contract for approx 7mths

*Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm (Office based)

Main duties include:

  • Manage the Reception call queue
  • Ensure all visitors are greeted professionally and in a timely manner
  • Ensure reception area is presentable / Record/log all visitors in the building
  • Deal with general queries on a day-to-day basis
  • Co-ordinate meeting room bookings through Outlook
  • Manage all couriers / taxis effectively
  • Be responsible for all business deliveries and collections
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and post
  • Additional Ad hoc duties that may be required

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, with experience in a similar busy environment
  • Self-motivated and very organised with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail is key
  • Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure
  • Candidates will also need to pay attention to detail and be flexible in their duties.
  • You will be punctual, trustworthy and well-presented.
  • Excellent telephone manner essential along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour
  • Proficient in MS office skills
