Our client based in the South Dublin area is currently looking to recruit an Operations Administrator for an immediate start to support their Operations Manager.

Duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting new clients
  • Complete proposals and quotations in a timely manner
  • Responding to and following up on all incoming sales enquiries to the closing of the sale
  • Enhancing existing client relationships and developing relationships with new customers
  • Client visits along with general office administration duties

 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

 

  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude along with a passion for customers and excellent service delivery
  • Proven track record in winning added value business
  • Proficient at playing a leading role in formulating proposals from enquiry to final presentations
  • Excellent selling, representation and inter-personal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work under pressure
